Nik Mercado
Co-founder & CEO
Nik leads client engagements from discovery through delivery. He runs the Blueprint process, embedding in client operations, mapping workflows, identifying where AI creates real impact, and architecting the systems that deliver it. His background in business operations and consulting means he speaks the client's language first and translates to technical requirements second. When a client says "this process is broken," Nik is the one who figures out exactly why and designs the AI system that fixes it.
Peter Mercado
Co-founder & CTO
Peter builds what Nik architects. He leads the technical engineering, designing agent frameworks, building integrations, deploying infrastructure, and making sure everything works in production. He works in Python, building structured agent systems that are clean, maintainable, and built to hand off. When a Blueprint calls for an agent that connects to five different platforms and handles real operational data, Peter is the one who makes it real.
